What it does
- Build multi-question surveys.
- Toggle quiz mode for scoring and result tiers.
- Track responses.
- Public URL at /s/[tenantSlug]/[surveySlug].
How to use it
- Open /surveys.
- New survey.
- Add questions.
- (Optional) flip on quiz mode; configure scoring and tiers.
- Publish.
