Offboard a sub-tenant

Why use this

You cleanly offboard a sub-tenant when the engagement ends so their data stays with them.

Benefits:

• Removes the tenant from your agency rollup safely
• Lets the client keep their own data and workspace
• Closes the loop on billing for that tenant

Outcome

The tenant is no longer linked to your agency; their data stays with them.

Steps

1. Open /agency.
2. Click the tenant.
3. Click Offboard.
4. Confirm with the workspace name.

Variations

• Pre-export a snapshot to keep a copy of the config.

What can go wrong

• Re-invite later: the tenant must accept again from their workspace.
