What it does
- Aggregates inbound across every connected channel.
- Threads conversations by participant.
- Flags items needing reply with an aging timer.
- Lets you reply in line or hand off to a teammate.
How to use it
- Open /inbox.
- Sort by unread or oldest.
- Click into a conversation to reply.
- Apply a tag or assign to a teammate.
Rules and limits
- Channels need to be connected at /connectors first.
- Viewers can read everything but cannot reply.
