1. Open /leads/import.
2. Upload the CSV.
3. Confirm column mappings (auto-detected).
4. Run the import.
5. Review the report.

• Tag all imported leads in one batch using bulk tag.

What can go wrong

• Duplicates: the importer auto-merges on email; review the dedupe report.
